Dhruv's POV
I looked at the caller I'd and cursed under my breath.
Why the hell this bastard is calling now ?
I answered the call and said after attaching the phone to my ear.
" what is it ? " My voice came out irritated.
" Woah ! What happened man ? " He said slightly surprised by my tone.
" Why the heck did you call me ? Don't you have a wife ? " I asked.
" First stop sounding like my mistress and second I haven't called you to listen to your voice so stop showing tantrums "
Trishay said making me more irritated than already I was.
We were classmates in high school but he moved to another city due to his father's transfer in the mid session of the last year of our school life.
And yeah he's married.
" So would you please enlighten me with the reason you called me so suddenly " I said forcing my voice as much respectful and formal in a sarcastic way.
" Well I need to know about Miss. Malhotra's decision on our deal and also I had invited you both for dinner tonight. So are you coming or not ? "
He said and I suddenly became conscious of his words.
I stayed silent not knowing what to say.
" Speak up fast asshole, my wife is waiting " I heard him saying.
" Let me talk to her first " I said.
" Umm...is everything normal between you two ? " He asked in a hesitant tone.
" Everything changed, buddy. Nothing is like before " I said and I could feel the depth of the words I used.
" of course! It's been a long time. So are you still chasing her " he said and I chuckled. He understood as a yes.
" Saala majnu " ( bloody lover )
He commented making me smile in silence.
" Let me talk to her first then I'll tell you. " I said.
" Okay but be a little quick. " He replied and I cut the call after humming.
Huh ! Let me call her now.
I dialled her number while thinking what I'll say. And to my surprise she asked in few rings.
" Yes ? " She asked. Her voice plain and cold.
" Ma'am sorry to disturb you but we had fixed a dinner meeting with the CEO of Kapoor industries tonight. " I said maintaining the formal tone.
" Ohh yes yes ! I forgot " She spoke out. And call me a psycho but I found her voice cute.
" So are we going ? " I asked, my voice came out a little hesitant.
" of course. We can't let this deal slip or else- " she was saying something but stopped in the middle making me confused.
" Meet me at the parking lot. " She said and the line went dead the next moment.
parking lot ? Okay.
I came out of my trance only to realise my surrounding.
I stood up. Turning the lights off of the classroom I took exit from there.
Climbing on my bike I drove off towards my destination.

I pulled the brakes when I reached the parking lot. I climbed off my bike and my eyes immediately roamed all around to have a glimpse of her.
Not able to find her around I frowned internally and turned.
And as I turned suddenly I felt my chest colliding with a petite figure as my arms immediately wrapped around her waist to save her from falling. And it didn't take much time to realise who she was.
Who else ? My love.
" What the fvck ? " Her voice came out as her hands struggled on her face to remove the free hair strands from her face. And as she removed those shiny black locks, her eyes met mine, and the world stopped...
I keep drowning in her beautiful orbs with each passing second.
But soon realisation hit me as she blinked her eyes and I looked away.
And I could feel the heat rushing to my neck and ears when I saw her still looking at me with some emotions I couldn't comprehend.
I cleared my throat a little but she didn't bulge, neither moved her gaze from me.
And not able to bear her intense gaze anymore I left her waist only to regret the next moment when I hear a low thud of her falling on the floor.
I looked at her whose eyes widened and she gasped looking angrily at me.
" You jerk ! Why the heck you left me ? " She said clutching her back in a painful manner. My eyes softened looking at her.
I crouched down to face her.
" Sorry ma'am but you yourself have told me to stay in my boundaries and grabbing you by your waist is out of my limits. "
I took a pause and continued when I saw her face changing their expressions.
" So I was just following your orders and left you the moment I realised my mistake that it was you whom I was holding. "
I said choosing my words carefully.
" So if it would be any other girl then you wouldn't have left her ? " She blurted out making me chuckle at her thought process.
What ???? No !!!!!
" Maybe yes. " I said playfully and stood up. Her eyes widened hearing my reply.
" Help me standing up. " She said in a stern voice.
" Of course. " I said and forwarded my hand and she grabbed it in no seconds.
Tightening my grip around her palms, I pulled her towards me and the used force was more than required as her front collided with mine.
And before our eye contact session could start again I left her hand and stepped back maintaining a safe distance.
I can't handle her intense gaze !
" Shall we go ? " I asked avoiding our previous moment and she nodded.

what does he think of himself ?
I glared at him who was driving with so much focus while I was settled on the passenger seat.
" Maybe yes " my head again replayed his words and I scrunched my nose not liking it.
but it was you who told him to stay in his limits.
My inner voice mocked.
" Shut up !! " I said before realising my surrounding.
" You said something ? " He asked while still concentrating on the road, his voice calm.
I shook my head in embarrassment but he cared less.
but why the fvck it's bothering me this much ???
I shrugged off those stupid thoughts and leaned back looking outside at the night view of the city.
I thought alot about the deal with Kapoor industries and then I came to a conclusion that I should say yes to this business proposal as it would led my company to more heights.
And the collaboration of my company and Kapoor industries would make the people crazy in the market as both the companies are under top 10 in India.
So there is no chance I would say NO to this big opportunity.
And suddenly I saw him taking his hand behind my seat, while looking back and his other hand worked on reversing.
My stomach twisted at the scene. Blood rushed to my cheeks and I looked down while shifting uncomfortably on my seat.
" We reached. " His voice came the next moment he pulled the brakes and took out the key.
My eyes stucked on the thick veins on his forearms while his shirt was rolled upto his elbow.
I immediately looked away and tried to open the door but my trembling hand was not helping.
I looked at him who was already looking at me.
" This... T-this isn't opening " my voice came out trembling.
Arghhhh !! What the fvck is happening ?? And why the hell did I shuttered ??
And the next moment I saw him leaning towards me and my eyes widened. He came more closer that I could feel his hot breath fanning over my neck and I closed my eyes tightly not knowing what he's going to do.
I heard a sound of door opening and I opened my eyes slowly only to be welcomed by the view of his neck. His adam's apple bobbled as he moved back to his seat.
I looked at the door which was slightly opened. I quickly came out and took a deep breath.
What the fvck is wrong with me ?
How can I look at him ???
And what the fvck I'm feeling hot ???
My trance broke when I saw him coming out from the other side.
I tapped my cheeks to lessen the redness and walked towards him.
" Let's go " I said and he nodded.
We both walked inside the hotel after showing our booking pass.
Getting inside the lift I looked at him who was standing in a serious posture after pressing the buttons to the floor we have to reach.
Wow ! Here I'm dying in awkwardness and he's standing carefree.
Looking at him I too folded my hands and maintained a stern posture.
" I will say yes. " I said trying to avoid the awkwardness.
" I know. " He said and I looked at him.
" Huh ? " My voice came out.
" I-i mean okay. " He said as he realised his previous words.
The lift opened with a ping and we came out.
And in no seconds I spotted Mr. Kapoor sitting on right side of the haul.
We walked in his direction and took our seats.
I noticed a lady dolled up in a beautiful blue saree sitting beside him.
" Who is she ? " I asked dhruv in a low voice.
" His wife. " He replied keeping his tone low.
We greeted each other and soon our conversation about our deal began.
We discussed about the investments we both are going to put in this particular deal and other necessary stuffs like the terms and conditions.
In meanwhile our dinner also came and we had it. His wife was looking clueless and mostly engrossed in her phone.
After our whole conversation of one hour I stood up.
" Thank you for collaborating with our company. We will try our best to make this deal work according to our plan. "
He said and I took returned back some formal and respectful words expressing how much I'm am pleased to be in a partnership and with his company.
" We must leave now. " I said with a formal smile, dhruv too stood up and we both left from there.

How are you all ?
Well if you talk about me, then listen girlies.
I passed my exams with decent marks.
And they were enough according to the amount of hard work I put in.
So yeah I'm satisfied with my marks and I'm promoted to next class which is going to be the last year of my school life.
So you guys must have guessed in which class I'm in right now ;)
And listen to me very carefully now.
This year is going to be very very very important to me as this year I'm going to have my boards and also I have to to prepare for CUET to get admission in delhi university into my dream college.
So this year is gonna be very important and struggling for me. And I have to study my ass off to get into my dream college.
Noh ! I won't be stopping writing.
At first I thought about it but soon I realised that writing is my hobby, my passion and I can't quit it ever.
No matter how busy I am.
Writing is like breathing for me and I cannot stop it.
So I have made a decision. Hear me out !!
