Dhruv's POV
We both walked towards the table where we had the booking. And as expected I saw trishay already there.
I smiled formed on my lips remembering her talks. First I was amused, and why not ? As since I met her I didn't find her much talkative.
An unknown feeling of joy was bubbling inside me after our talks.
I came back from my thoughts as I saw her sitting on the vacant chair opposite to trishay. He looked at me and his eyes lit up but soon he covered it when I shook my head in denial to not react like this. He smiled and I returned the gesture, sitting beside aakriti I heard her saying.
" I hope I didn't made you wait much. " She said.
Trishay chuckled and said.
" Not much more than an hour and 52 minutes. "
This guy I swear.
She took chuckled and I just smiled looking down. I don't know why I feel very very very happy whenever I see her smiling or her being in good mood.
And it won't be a lie if I say I was literally frightened to hell seeing her laying unconscious on the couch. But smart of her thinking that I didn't noticed that injection on the floor. I made a mental note to find about it later.
Relief washed over me when she said she just slept. But I know she was lying but I didn't ask her anything much, not wanting to invade her privacy.
' as she have told you ' my subconsciousness mocked.
" I know I don't need to introduce myself but still it's Trishay Kapoor. CEO of the company you're going to make a deal with. " He said and she chuckled.
" I know you already know me like everyone does. And it will be decided later if I'll sign a deal with you or not. "
She said.
Why the heck this women is rejecting this much big deals today ??
" Of course " he said with a smile and continued with a slight smirk only I could see. " By the way who is he ? " He said pointing at me. I glared at him.
" He's my PA. Dhruv Saxena. " As I heard my name from her mouth. I went froze hearing it for the very first time to my notice.
My name didn't sounded this much good before.
I smiled looking down.
" Hello Mr. Dhruv Saxena " he said and forwarded his hand for handshake.
" It's a pleasure meeting you
Mr. Kapoor " I said with the same smirk, holding his hands. I intentionally pinched hard on the back of his palm and he clenched his jaw controlling the pain.
We both again sat down smirking to each other without anyone's notice.
Then the waiter arrived and we gave our orders. She wanted to have italian pasta and I chose the same as her while trishay and his secretary ordered some other italian dish.
They both talked about the deal and I saw him trying his best to point out the pro's of his company and this deal. She didn't look much convinced by him.
Afterall he's the most big manipulative bastard I know. But my love has different plans. So she said.
" As much I want to sign the deal right now but I need some more time to think and discuss about this with my team and till then I'll know more about your company. "
His jaw clenched at the indirect rejection. I smirked at him, internally laughing.
Deep down I know she won't reject this much big deal she's also hard to get which I know already. She's trying to test his patience.
" It's alright Miss. Malhotra you can take your time. " He said and looked at me. The next words of him made anger rush deep in my veins.
" By the way if you're not busy then I would like to ask you out on a dinner
tomorrow. "
He knows what he's doing. I gave him a
' don't try to mess with me ' look which he ignored.
He smirked at me and I fisted my hands controlling the anger which was about to burst but she made it vanished with her next words.
" Sure Mr. Kapoor we'll be there. "
We ?
That's means we ? Us ?
Means she'll also take me with her.
Yayyyyyyyy !! I internally sequelled in uttermost happiness.
" Cool then. I'll text you the address. " He said and I rolled my eyes at him. She passed him a short formal smile.
" Okay then I'll take my leave now. " He said and left from there followed by his secretary.
Aakriti stood up and I followed her action. We both silently walked inside the lift and leaned pressed the button of the lift together.
A electric jolt ran down in my body with our hand contact. She quickly withdrew her hand and I muttered a 'sorry'.

Currently we both were in the car heading to the construction site. She told me that the site is for her company's new fashion and makeup store HV Glamour's.
The driver stopped the car and we both came out. I looked at the view infront of me.
The work has started a few months back but still they're doing it so fast. She also came out and the architect who was leading the construction project saw her and immediately walked in our direction. He first wished aakriti and she nodded usually at him.
" How's the work going ? " She asked.
" It's going with a great speed ma'am and I'm sure we'll complete it by the end of this year. " He replied.
" Yeah I want to do the inogration of the store on the first day of new year. " She said.
" Sure ma'am you do not worry. " He said.
" We had made the structure of entrance of the store. Would you like to see it ? " He said and she nodded. He guided us to there and my eyes shined with the view.
The entrance gate was made of shiny rose gold colour and HV Glamour's beautifully carved on the top stealing all the attention. They had decorated it in the rose gold theme as I can see the glittery touch everywhere.
She was also looking at the creation. I can say her eyes were shining making her look more beautiful in the light.
She walked inside and I followed her. The inside hall was not made yet and the rough work with wooden blocks and rods were only we could see there.
She was busy in roaming her eyes everywhere in a admiring slow speed. I smiled unknowingly looking at her.
But my smile immediately faded when I saw a wooden blocks trembling up on the roof ceiling's. And by looking at it anyone can say it will fall in few seconds.
Without wasting any second I ran towards her and pushed her away. She lost her balance and fell on the pricky floor made of stones. And the next second, before I could react I felt a loud thud along with a hammer like pain on my back.
It fell on my back. Thank God she wasn't here.
I closed my eyes hissing slightly. Shit it hurts !!
I opened my eyes when I heard her low voice.
" What the fvck !! " She stood up and walked towards me with fast steps. And the next moment I know what was coming so I said before she could scream her lungs out at me.
" I saved you so please do not scold me. "
I said calmy hissing. I'm sure my back had turned sore till now. But to my surprise I didn't heard her saying anything.
I looked at her already looking at me with a neutral yet guilty face. She was trying her best not to show it. But her next words pricked my heart.
" If something like this happens again then please...Do not save me. " She said those words with a blank face that I wasn't able to comprehend.
I stood dumbfounded and saw her walking away from there.
Why she said that ?
I can see the beaming tears in her eyes while saying that line. A lone tear escape my eyes at don't know what.
With the pain I was feeling or by her words ?
Taking a breath a followed the direction where she went.
I saw her getting inside the car. I too settled my beside her on the backseat only. She looked at me with slight surprise. The driver started the car.
I had already seen her palms and elbow with cuts and and slightly flowing blood. I took out my wallet without any second thought and she kept looking at me.
Taking out the bandaid I forwarded it to her. She didn't responded and kept looking at me. To my uttermost surprise she forwarded her hand.
I looked at her and found her already looking at me.
" Can't you see I'm wounded, how I'll apply this bandaid with one hand ? " She said in a low voice not taking her eyes from me. And to be honest I was already feeling nervous by her gaze.
Gulping, I peeled the sticky paper from the bandaid and held her hand cleaning the blood with my handkerchief. Applying the bandaid on her elbow wound I tied the hanky around her bleeding palm.
" I had only one. " I said referring to the bandaid and she slowly pulled her hand back from my hold.
" Don't expect a sorry from me I didn't told you to save me. " She said coldly.
I nodded and said.
" Of course " i chuckled lightly.
My egoistic girlie !
" Dare to be a hero and pull that stunt again and I'll make you regret your action. " She said and I chuckled again.
" Sure. " I looked outside and it was late evening now. The sun was setting and the sky was looking dark yet orange.
" You know I had the same wallet as yours when I was in high school. It was trendy back then. " She said and my heartbeats rose.
" Ohh " I said trying best to not sound nervous.
" Then one day I lost it. " She said again raising my heartbeats.
" Or someone stole it. " My heart was ready to bursts when she said that while looking at me.
" S-so you think it's me ? " I asked.
" No. My name was carved on it. and again it was trendy back then so it's possible for many to have that. " She said.
You didn't saw your carved name cause my thumb was covering that when I was holding it. I mentally said that to her.
" And I don't think we met ever in past. So it's not possible for you to stole it. "
She said I nodded innocently.
Only if you knew darling.
I made a mental note to not took out that wallet around her and now probably I'll keep it safely somewhere and buy another one.
" are you feeling pain ? " She asked not looking at me. I smiled and lied.
" Not even a little bit. " She nodded still looking ahead.
After few minutes the car came to a hault when we reached the office building. Coming out I opened the door for her. She didn't objected this time.
We silently walked towards the lift and then to our respective cabins. I told Mr. Verma about the deal but he aslo seemed lost today.
I felt like he wasn't paying attention to my words.
Maybe everyone is tired today.
Finishing some leftover work in my cabin I decided to leave as it was night now. I hadn't saw her after we came back from the site.
She must went to her home. I said to myself. She was looking tired.
I don't know why but my mind was stucked on her words.
' if something like this happens again then please... don't save me. "
' don't save me '
Her words echoed in mind. There was something big going in her life.
First the injection and the her saying not to save her from... Dying ?
No way in hell I'm going to do that. I'll bleed myself to death before letting even a scratch on her. I promised that to myself again.
