Author's POV

" Nooooooo !! "

a man screamed at the top of his lungs. His face and body were covered in blood. His blood coloured clothes were torn and a few teeth were also broken making blood flow from his mouth.

His whole body which was trembling, turned more shocked when he saw was a man dressed in pitch black coming in his direction with a bowl in his hands.

Smoke was coming from the bowl and it contained a very hot and oily acid which can kill someone alive.

The amount of burning sensations and pain that acid can give was unbearable.

And the half dead man knew it as they had poured that acid on his body parts a few times.

And seeing the man coming in his direction his body trembled remembering the effect of the hot acid.

The man came closer and he shutted his eyes making himself ready to bear something unbearable.

A few moments passed and nothing happened so he slowly opened his eyes and saw someone else entering the dark basement where he was tied.

He opened his eyes more properly and noticed that the person was familiar. Not even in one second he immediately recognised him. He was shreyansh.

He knew his name as the men who used to keep an eye on him mentioned his name before and he met him yesterday when he came to ask the same question he was being asked since he was tied here.

Shreyansh walked in his direction and kneeled in front of him.

" Leave everyone " Shreyansh said and the men looked at each other.

" I SAID LEAVE " He said loudly this time and the men started leaving from there.

Shreyansh looked at him and forwarded him water and as his hands were tied he took that bottle near his mouth which he gulped in one breath. His breath became heavy and eyes were teary.

" Look I am asking you the last time. Tell us the truth and this might be your last chance to speak. "

Shreyansh said calmly. It would be a lie if I say his heart didn't ached after seeing him in this condition.

And it's not only about the man who was laying half dead in front of him but being a very soft hearted person he just couldn't see people suffering and dying.

This is something intolerable for him.

And only he knew how he was stopping himself from opening the tied ropes from that man's hands and helping him escape from there.

He didn't wanted to piss off his boss more than already she is. He still remembered how she almost killed him with words when he helped a man in escaping from the basement because she was going to break all his bones with a hammer as that person tried to leak the company's private information.

As Betrayal , cheating and lies are something that Aakriti Malhotra never forgives.

" So you won't say anything ? " Shreyansh asked again not hearing any response from him.

The man just gulped mentally deciding what he should do. If he chooses to tell them the truth then his boss won't leave him and if he chooses not to say anything then he'll face aakriti's wrath which will be much more painful than his boss's way.

Feeling pity on himself he broke into sobs and tears started flowing from his bloodshot eyes.

Shreyansh sighed seeing him. He was also compulsed.

" Just say the truth and leave from here damn it !! Why the heck are you making this difficult for everyone. " He said standing up.

" M-my boss won't leave me alive if I opened my mouth against him. " He said and shreyansh sighed again.

" You have to die anyway. You can just choose the less painful death and you're given a chance. Just spill the truth and die peacefully after this or keep quiet and bear the most painful death. The choice is yours. " He said.

" And yeah you have hardly a few minutes. She must be done with her meetings till now and was on her way to here. Think fast and wisely. " Shreyansh ended and went outside to call the guards who were standing outside.

Aakriti got off the car when the guards opened the door for her. She was fuming in anger.

After making sure that mishti slept she immediately left from there. Otherwise she would have had asked so many questions like where she was going and all.

She walked towards the basement followed by both bodyguards Robin and Kevin. They were her most trusted men after shreyansh.

And in reality too they won't hesitate before dying rather than cheating on her in any way. Because they both knew she won't let them live.

Robin came forward and took out his gun and then pointed it on the door while Kevin opened it slowly. Finding no danger they made space for her to walk inside.

Shreyansh who was waiting for her got up and walked near her.

The guards bowed to her in respect. She nodded at them and goes closer to the half dead person laying in the middle.

She lifted her leg and kicked hard right on his face. He woke up with a jerk groaning in pain.

" Why the heck I had kept you here ? To eat and sleep all the time ? " She yelled at him.

He sat up still groaning in pain. She laughed at him.

" See what condition I have made of you in one day. " She said and then suddenly her laugh vanished and she said loudly.

" And at this point I know you are not going to say anything so It will be better if I'll torture you to the extent that you'll beg for even taking breaths. " She said and the man shivered at her words.

Goosebumps raised on shreyansh's body after listening to her. He gulped and looked at her.

Some triggering scenes ahead.

She forwarded her left hand covered with a rubber glove and one of the guards kept the hot acid bowl in her hand.

She walked near him and he started begging.

" Please kill me but don't do this " he said crying.

" Kill you ? Should I kill you this easily ? No way. Ever thought about your wife whome you raped every single day after your marriage ? " She said and making everyone shocked.

Shreyansh looked at the man who looked down with shame.

" Ever thought about what situations she was going through after your dirty deeds of kidnapping women and raping them right infront of your wife ? Huh ? "

She said loudly and anger was dripping from her words. He gulped the lump forming in his throat from fear.

" What did you thought ? That I am torturing you for troubling me for giving fake information and wrong interview time to people on the name of our company ? No asshole "

She said referring to yesterday's interview incident.

" Tell me. Weren't you the one who called Mr.saxena and told him the wrong date of interview to trouble me ? Huh ? " She asked.

" ANSWER ME YOU BLOODY BASTARD "

She screamed and he flinched but nodded and muttered a 'yes' in a slow voice.

" Leave that all stuff. The condition I made of you is because of the disrespect. Disrespect of consent. You disrespected your wife, raped many women and still you are daring enough to be alive. "

She said in a loud tone making everyone shiver at his deeds.

" So now I will set one more example of the consequences of messing with self respect of a woman. " She said and before he could comprehend anything she grabbed his jaw and forcefully made him drink that liquid.

He went mad. He tried to scream but no voice came from his mouth as his throat and tongue were burned badly.

" This is for abusing your wife and all those women. " She said.

Everyone present in the area shivered with fear.

She took a fistful of his hair and pulled it with such force that the hairs came out from his scalp and blood covered his head.

" And on whose saying you are doing this all isn't also going to live for much time. I'll dig him out from any corner of the world cause I know who is behind all this deeds of yours. " She said in a very dangerous tone.

His eyes widened at her words. For what he was suffering all this was already revealed. He was doing all this to protect his boss but as she already knew him, he felt very useless and dumb at that moment.

The guards gulped and mentally promised themselves to die before going against Aakriti Malhotra. Their boss.

" Now I'll destroy these filthy eyes of yours. Watch me. "

She said and he shook his head fastly in denial but it was too late as she already took out the gun from her blazer and shot him in his eyes.

His almost dead body fell and he started throwing his hands and legs struggling to get rid of the most burning sensations in his eyes. She smirked at his condition.

A guard came and handed her an iron rod which she took and everyone's soul trembled looking at the fire and anger in her eyes.

They all knew what she was going to do next.

Not able to watch anymore shreyansh came forward and took the rod from her hands.

" Aakriti enough now. Let's go from here. Let God do the justice. " He spoke trying to make her understand.

" I know...that's why I am sending him to God so please let me. " She said taking the rod from his hands.

He backed off because the way she spoke he understood that there was no point of arguing with her as she doesn't seem to be stopping now.

Remembering all his dirty deeds he did with innocent women she gathered all her strength and hit him with all her power but he couldn't scream or shout so he kept jerking his body, struggling to get rid of his life.

She kept hitting him with all the power she had in her.

The slight sound of bone breaking and rod hitting against his body was only the sound that could be heard in that deadly silent basement.

All the people present there shivered and got goosebumps on their body after watching the soul shaking view in front of them.

Aakriti was filled with rage and anger at that time that she didn't realised when he stopped moving. He died.

Shreyansh whose soul was almost ready to leave his body noticed it and he quickly came back in senses. His face was covered with sweat and body shivering. With shaky steps he came near her and tried to stop her.

" Aakriti leave him now. " But it seemed that she didn't listen and kept hitting his dead body by strongly forcing the rod.

Sighing, he snatched the blood covered rod from her and threw it somewhere and said.

" Stop it now. He is dead already. "

She was still breathing hard with anger. Her whole body was shaking and face was crimson red as her blood pressure was at it's peak now.

She was panting hard , she looked once again at the dead body of that bastard lying lifeless. Anger again rushed in her body.

" Bloody rascal. " She muttered in her breath before spitting on his lifeless body lying.

She looked at him when he said.

"Go home and eat your medicine, your blood pressure is getting high "

she didn't said anything and wiped her hands and face with wet wipes. She wiped the fresh blood droplets that were on her tuxedo.

" I want this mess be clean within an hour. " Saying that she left from there followed by shreyansh and the two bodyguards of hers. No one of them said anything.

" You go home now " shreyansh said to aakriti. They were in the office parking lot. She nodded and shreyansh made his ways inside the building.

Aakriti asked her driver to also go as she had to go somewhere alone. She also dismissed the bodyguards for rest of the day.

She drove off to her destination.
